I Have Been To My Dr Last Week. I Don’t

I have been to my dr last week. I don’t do much sugar because I get oral trash. I have both Troches and nystatin. Also make magic mouthwash with viscous lidocaine. I tried the touches first, no results. Then after a few days Dr said to do the nystatin. Can you do both together,or is it just canceling each other out. I can’t eat, and my teeth are starting to hurt
