I Have Been To Several Doctors And Seem To Be

I have been to several doctors and seem to be getting the run around.I have macular degeneration both eyes.My L. eye has fluid retained.Last Doc.prescribed as follows- #1 Ketorolac Ophthalmic Solution 0.5% {Ketorolac Tromethamine .5%} #2-Pred Forte 1% {Prednisolone Acetate 1%}. 1 of each together 4 times a day,for 6 wks.and then see original Doc. My question is this normal procedure,and what is the prognosis
