I Have Been To The ER Twice In The Last

I have been to the ER twice in the last 3 months. Fist time the diagnosis was diverticulitis. The second time they thought I had a kidney stone which proved to not be correct. Nothing showed up on cat scan. I have horrible pain and I have had vaginal spotting and today I am pooping very small and very thin poop also some blood spotting from the anal area. I am a 69 year old female can you suggest what might be going on. Thank you
