I Have Been To Urgent Care Once And My Own

I have been to urgent Care once and my own Dr in the past four days with severe sciatica nevrve pain in my right rear. It feels like a blow torch has been turned on from my right cheeck, around my right girdle, and down my right leg to my knee. I can't even sit on a toilet seat. I have gotten shots of Torodial, and am on muscle relaxers and pain releavers....but it is not helping. I have been doing the stretches and rolling it out with a foam roller. I am at the end of my rope. Is there no relief from this?
