I Have Been Told I Have A Kidney Infection, I

I have been told I have a kidney infection, I was told on Tuesday but I'm not sure it's getting any better. I had mild back pain and felt generally unwell for a while. I have started the antibiotics and this will be my 3rd day however I still feel sick, I have some back pain and I get the odd sore stomach. Will I be admitted to hospital if I go back to the doctors?
