I Have Been Told I Have Cronh's Disease And Had

I have been told I have cronh's disease and had a surgery back in 2003 this past march 2016 I had surgery to repair fistula on my outer butt, they were infected and caused a great deal of pain. It appears they are reforming on my butt again but there is no pain or puss. help me understand
