I Have Been Told My MRI Showed No Significant Abnormalities

I have been told my MRI showed no significant abnormalities when looking for abdonminal Nueroma.

Does this fully discount this possibility? I have been suffering from severe left side chronic pain for two years. Despite various tests and scans the source of pain has not fully been identified. I am at my wits end!
