I Have Been Told That I Will Need To Pay

I have been told that I will need to pay $500+ for a Prolia injection. I have had 3 injections every 6 months. I do not want to pay the high payment (and this is with my Prescription Insurance). Are there any other effective meds for osteoporosis that would be more reasonable?
