I Have Been Told That I Have Trochanteric Bursitis Very

I have been told that i have trochanteric bursitis very severe with very limited mobility, I have a very complex medical history and my spine from the mid range to the lower is also limiting my mobility quite severely. My daughter has told me on movement my spine is showing lumps and when you run your fingers up the spine from the mid to lower i feel like it has prominent lumpy sections, i have also had
spinal lumber surgery of l4/l5 quite a few years ago, and have spondylosis in all sections of the spine.
The buttocks when pressed are painful in several areas and I recently underwent bladder surgery to create a sling out of my own tissue in January, and since this the situation is unbearable. I am having an mri on my lower back and seeing a hip consultant on thursday, i am currently on mst continuous 30mg twice a day duloxetine 60mg twice a day and diazepam 5mg, but pain never eases. The situation becomes so unbearable that I sometimes am unable to get out of bed, in which they increased my mst which then I have been able to move but in pain constantly. I have had physio, chiro and no relief. My doctor has refused to give me cortisone injections due to the complexity of my health problems.
