I Have Been Told That Vitamin B (no Particular One

I have been told that vitamin b (no particular one referenced) cancels out the effects of Depakote. Would you please tell me if this is true. I have a twin sister that is on Depakote and my younger sister just took her off her B vitamins saying they cancel out the effects of her Depakote. I appreciate your help. Thank you.
