I Have Been Told To Get Gallbladder Surgery For Gallstones,

I have been told to get gallbladder surgery for gallstones, and I have had hep.c for many years and have never taken anything for it. Would like to get the new cure for hep.c and was also told that my test and liver is higher than normal. my question is if the gallbladder surgery will effect my liver in any way that I might have a problems taking the new hep.c medication, and if it would delay the time before I might be able to take the new hep.c program.
