I Have Been Told Today I Have An Enlarged Liver

I have been told today I have an enlarged liver as well as a cyst on my kidney. My question is, could prolonged prevastatin use cause the enlarged liver? I do not have a history of alcohol use. Nothing was offered as to the cyst on my kidney, however I do have a low nagging pain in that area. What type doctor should I go to for that?
