I Have Been Training In Martial Arts. Part Of Our

I have been training in martial arts. Part of our training is running a mile. My legs are so heavy and hurt so much that I decided to do some strengthening. I tried a calf weight machine and felt fine with the weight I was using. a couple days later, I was practicing kicks on my target and I felt horrible pain in my calf and couldn't walk on it for a couple days. When it felt better I went back to strengthen some more and was walking down the stairs and it went out again. Then last night I was testing for my next belt level and during sparring I felt my calf pop and can not walk on it. I tried pressing it out and can not get any relief. What can I do to help it heal.
