I Have Been Treated For A Sinus Infection 10 Days

I have been treated for a sinus infection 10 days ago and I am still miserable. I feel slightly better, but still have pain behind my eyes, headache, fogginess, a constant dripping from my nose whenever I been slightly forward that is clear, and a mild cough during the day, but a nearly constant cough during that night. I do not have mucus, or green yucky stuff, just clear liquid. When I cough I often cough up clear liquid. I can't sleep at night because I am coughing all through the night and my nose is dripping. My ear was killing me a few days ago with a high pitched buzzing and quit after a day to a low hum. Is a sinus infection a correct diagnosis? This is a new one for me I am usually congested with the green yucky stuff with a sinus infection.
