I Have Been Treated For A Uti Since Monday 12th

I have been treated for a uti since Monday 12th October 2015 with nitrofurantoin 50m 4 times a day. Symptoms of the very painful and sore uti have job gone and I still have a few more days of my antibiotic left but I have now developed symptoms of tonsilitis, I have had it many times in my life so I know what it is like. I have white spots on both of my tonsils, sore throat, headache, feeling sick and lethargic. Could I of developed bacterial tonsillitis from having a bacterial uti?
