I Have Been Treated For Menstrual Migraines For Over 10

I have been treated for menstrual migraines for over 10 years now. I am currently trying the mirena i.u.d. to
try and regulate my hormones. My concern is I have become ill more frequently, ( was down to 2x/ per month
now up to 3or 4x) Symptoms prior to migraine can vary, but include shaky hands, stomach bloats, a few
warts pop up on my hands, my eczema flares up. During the migraine I have severe pain, vomiting with the
sweats and after effects can last up to 24 hours. I use rizatriptan and naproxen sodium for pain. My concerns
are, am I missing some greater problem here? It takes longer to recover every time and it affects my ability to work. I have never had an MRI or the like. My age is 47 years. any ideas what I should pursue next?
