I Have Been Treated For Perioral Lip Dermetitus For 6

I have been treated for perioral lip dermetitus for 6 weeks. Family Dr. & Dermetologist have given me topical steroids, oral stroids, Doxycycline and Fluconazole. When I go off the topical steroids suddenly it has come back. We are now lessening the dose slowly to wean me off. The only constant thing I've used over the six weeks is petroleum products. Could I be allergic to petroleum? If I am, what lip products would you recommend. I am using Eucerine Aquaphore on my lips but it's 41% petroleum. Thank you, Judy
