I have been troubled with chronic pain for almost 20 years now, have tried everything from exercise, back rollers, exercise ball stretching, massage, chiro, prescriptions such as flexeril, torodal, Effexor, T1s, T3s, Lyrica, cold, heat, acupuncture, botox needling, and find it very depressing not being able to pin point how to relieve pain. its constant shoulder, neck pain, with flare ups, doctors categorize it as fibro., as I know a specific diagnosis is tough to achieve, I have been to neurologists had a nerve study done, rheumatologist (recommended lyrica), bone specialist, 3 MRI, etc. its debilitating not being able to enjoy day to day functions. my current pain management is lyrica 50 mg a day, along with antipressent Zoloft 250 mg a day, pain creams, sprays, exercise, massage and chiropractic. any suggestions?
