I Have Been Trying For The Past 8yrs To Have

I have been trying for the past 8yrs to have upper implants. they always fail. I have stg IV gum disease and my upper bone has shrunk. Now I must face either a sinus lift or upper dentures. I have spend cost to 20k these past years. My question is is there any advances in upper dentures where the whole platet doesn't need to be covered. Also I was reading about proflex material is that an option also.
