I Have Been Trying To Conceive For A While. Recently

I have been trying to conceive for a while. Recently went for tests and pelvis scan that indicated free fluid in the pouch of Douglas. My doctor started giving me ciproflaxin, metronidazole intravenously and another injection intramuscularly treating me for pelvic inflammatory disease. My husband is also taking treatment. I have a 33day cycle and had my last flow on 23rd of December. I think I'm ovulating now but we can't do anything because of the treatment. When then can we make a move to increase the chances of conceiving please.
