I Have Been Unable To Put Pressure On My Left

I have been unable to put pressure on my left leg to walk normally this happen last friday when i was cleaning house reaching to the ceiling fan i felt something pull and i could stand with it had pain for a short period. i laid on bed i could flex my leg up and down but not stand.
