I Have Been Unwell For Almost A Year Spitting Up

I have been unwell for almost a year spitting up blood , rapid irregular heartbeat ,enlarged lymph nodes in the neck and stiff neck with malaise. I have been seen by ent,had chest x ray and bloods which have come back fine but have impacted wisdom teeth could this be the cause of all my problems my dentist thinks not
