I Have Been Using Ovestin Cream For About 2 Months,

I have been using Ovestin cream for about 2 months, but havnt really noticed much difference. I have pain with intercourse from the thinning of the skin,and am prone to bladder infections. How long will ittake to make a difference, and should I keep using it.
