I Have Been Using A Herbal Remedy Called Kratom For

I have been using a herbal remedy called Kratom for pain relief and energy for about 5 months now. Its from Indonesia. I started having stomach pains n the middle part of my back started to bother me really bad. I've never felt this pain before. I had a test and my doctor said I had bacteria in my stomach. I've stopped using the kratom but the last I took kept giving me diarrhea. Since I stopped ino longer have it but my stomach is still bothering me a little bit. Could it have been contaminated? I have enough left to get tested.
