I Have Been Using Betnovate The Green One For Long

I have been using betnovate the green one for long time and the reason was i wanted to have lighten and bright color also it makes my skin smooth after reading the problems it can cost me in stopped for to month ago plz doctor can you recommend me similar cream that had no side affects or maybe better thank you
