I Have Been Using Budesonide Which I Add To A

I have been using budesonide which I add to a saline solution for over five years to irrigate my sinuses, since I have severe sinus infections and have had two operations for them. I just started Medicare and now both my insurance company(Highmark) and my prescription company(Humana) will not pay for the costs. I don't know where to turn as Highmark use to pay it but now they say the insurance company should and the insurance company says they will not. It is mind boggeling but my doctor suggests I find out what they will pay for. I think this is a terrible way to provide health for people but what is your suggestion for a substitute.
