I Have Been Using Compounded Hormone Cream Therapy For Several

I have been using compounded hormone cream therapy for several years with great results. Recently my pharmacy refilled my estrodial / estriol prescription bi-est from a 10mg, 40 mg to an 80/20 . I assumed it was the same but... I immediately began becoming very sleep and almost 'loopy' minded shortly after my morning dose. I don't notice it at night because I'm going to sleep. Could my symptom be due to a error on my hormone compound cream?
