I Have Been Using Fearing For 13 Years And Stopped

I have been using fearing for 13 years and stopped using it several months ago. Since then, I have had frequent hot flashes which haven't let up and are very bothersome- disrupting sleep and happening frequently all day. I had no side effects from it and would like to go back on it, but worry about the warnings of possible side effects.
