I Have Been Using Losartan For Several Years And It

I have been using losartan for several years and it has work great. I am now back at the gym doing cardio work etc. cant get my heart rate above 130 as I feel like I'm going to explode (51 yrs 286lbs). A gym trainor claims he works with others in my situation and they switched to Lisinopril and it was effective for their HBP and allows them to get their heart rate up during cardio workouts...any thoughts on me switching?
