I Have Been Using Meth For 6 Months Now And

I have been using meth for 6 months now and I just found out I was pregnant. I haven't had a period the whole time I was using. I just went to the Dr and I'm 8 weeks. The relationship that I've been in has been abusive so I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I went to see a Dr and counselor for termination and explained my situation. There is a warrant for his arrest for aggravated assault due to him hitting my vehicle with me in it with his truck. The Dr wants to take tissue to prove DNA. I've known of my pregnancy for only a week and want to know if they take tissue will they be testing for drugs as well?
