I Have Been Using Spasmo For 7-8 Years Now And

I have been using spasmo for 7-8 years now and want to stop ASAP. I tried stoping yesterday but can't sleep whole and this morning i dont have any energy now. restless leg is the main pain due to which i can't sleep. is tempering the dose a better option of is there alternative medicine to stop at once
