I Have Been Very Weak, Muscles Hurting And Burning All

I have been very weak, muscles hurting and burning all over my body, can't hardly motivate had to have my son carry a bag of ice in for me too weak to do it, this is the reason i went for blood work seems to be getting worse, been going on for a couple of months, cbc came back with lymphocytes down, everything else ok except A1C 10.5, Dr put me on Lantus and Glyburide daily, Ive lost 11 lbs in a week and a half I'm still weak it comes and goes I'm baffled to what it is and I'm an RN
