I Have Been Very Worried About An Event The Happened

I have been very worried about an event the happened 27 days ago. I was with a girl who told me she contracted genital herpes 5 years ago and that the lesions appeared mostly in her anus, but sometimes on her butt and vaginal area. We were in bed and when she told me about her genital herpes their was no sex, although she did give me a back rub (we were both nude), she grinned on my butt near the top of my anus and her vagina was wet as I felt he secretions on my butt. She told me she did not have an out break when we got together, she use to take herpes antiviral everyday, but now only as needed.

I am freaking out because I am concerned that I could have contracted genital herpes, hep b, or hiv from her due to her secretions possibly coming into contact with either a pimple on my butt and/or the mucous membrane of my anus. She says she is clean except for the herpes, but I am still very scared. Since that time, I have experienced, body aches/chills, some body itching, sometimes I feel like I am being stung or simply I feel a stinging sensation on different parts of my body, fatigue, and now my stomach hurts a little and seems a little fuller than normal. I don't know if it it because I have been very upset or what about this whole matter. I have also noticed that I have been breaking out with some pimples on my face, neck, a few on my stomach and butt and my anus has been a little itchy from time to time. I don't know if this is an increase in pimples or I am just noticing more of everything now given my paranoia about this.

I was planning to have a 4th generation rapid combo hiv test on monday (day 29) as I read that at 4 weeks the results are conclusive. I was also going to have a hep be test done on monday as well.
My questions are, given the incident:
1. Can you please tell me my risk of potentially having gotten genital herpes from this event?
2. Did I put myself at real risk for hep b, and what is the likelihood and is there a test I can take sooner than 12 weeks to know if I have it? (I also received the first hep b shot 26 days before that incident occurred, but did not get the second hep b shot).
3. Lastly, what is the risk that I could have gotten hiv from this experience?
4. Is the rapid hiv combo test conclusive at 4 weeks?
5. Is a hep b test also conclusive at 4 weeks?
6. Could the stinging sensations that I feel sometimes be something else other than an std?
7. If I also test for herpes and it is negative at 4 weeks, is it a good idea to get on an antiviral until it is conclusive at 12 weeks? I do not want to expose my girlfriend to this if I did get herpes.

Thanks for responding as I am very worried and need to get some piece of mind because this has been a nightmare!
