I Have Been Vomiting Clear Mucus/liquid Since 8:30pm. I Am

I have been vomiting clear mucus/liquid since 8:30pm. I am not able to drink water. I vomit it up. We went to dinner and I had bread, half a glass of wine. When the food came (steak), I took a bite and it wasn't going down well. I went to the restroom and brought it back up. This has happened to me before and usually the food either goes down or I feel better. Years ago my doctor said I had a narrowing esophagus. This is a first that now I can keep anything down. Its like even when there is to much saliva in my chest area I will get a pain and feel like vomiting.
