I Have Been Vomiting Toward Night Time For Almost Two

I have been vomiting toward night time for almost two years but I used to think it was acid reflex so I wasn't worried about it. but recently for the past 3 months or so I have puked everyday mainly at night time. but this past week ive thrown up EVERYTHING I cant keep a thing down, and I don't feel sick though, I just no I'm gonna puke, I feel no pain or nausea please help I'm freaking out
