I Have Been Waking Up The Last 2 Weeks And

I have been waking up the last 2 weeks and my boyfriend says my face is swollen. And today I had socks on earlier and took them off and have a deep indentation where the top of my sock would be, and my skin feels so tight from mid thigh to my feet and they look very swollen. What can be wrong? What should I do?
I'm disabled and can't pay, sorry
