I Have Been Watching Dr Phil Since He Was On

I have been watching Dr Phil since he was on Oprah Winfree show. I have since longed to help people like he has. I have a 27 year old son who was only 5 when I got with a drug addicted man who abused me and I had 3 children by him.. My son has a good life but has so much pain from rejection that he cannot love others. Can you help me to help him put the past pain behind him?
