I Have Been Weak, Sometimes Lightheaded And Some Palpitations This

I have been weak, sometimes lightheaded and some palpitations This has been going on for several weeks. My blood work comes back okay, vitamin d a little low. My chest does not hurt but sometimes when I bend over or curl my hair with my arms over my head especially in the mornings I am lightheaded more than usual.
