I Have Been What Seems To Be Sick, For Roughly

I have been what seems to be sick, for roughly 3 days. I do not seem to have any chest or sinus congestion, irritation, or discharge. My primary symptoms are fever averaging over 101, once as high as 102.3, light headed with some nausea if I move too quickly (the smell of onion cooking the other morning also made me nauseous), I feel tired at times, my neck has been sore but I have also been doing a lot of laying and sitting.
