I Have Been With My Husband For 4 Yrs. We

I have been with my husband for 4 yrs. We have both been tested for STDs and neither of us have anything. But after every time we have sex I end up having a sore, dry, and swollen vagina area. No itching or odor. But very light bloody discharge. What could this be? What over the counter medications would be helpful.
