I Have Been Working Around Dust Which Contained Some Old

I have been working around dust which contained some old rat feces, three days ago my ears got hot and I had a sharp pain in my left side intestine, yesterday I had a extreme headache, then my stomach started hurting, it got worse and by 7 p.m., I was dizzy and felt lie vomiting. I also had diahria
I also had a slight ear ache for two days prior. Anyway I started dry heaving and my right arm was a little numb. I layed down mostly and if I looked to one side I saw flashes. I felt like I was not able to breath for a short while. I drank some water and vomited a few times. This all lasted , the part where I had to lay down from about 6 o'clock to about 1 am, then I went to sleep and woke up at 7:30 feelling better. I had to do an hours worth of worth, heavy work, which I did, I ate scrambled eggs for breakfast, and I have been in bed all day with a slight fever and fatigue, as well as thirsty and diahria. I also take hiv medication daily
