I Have Been Working On My Orchard And Many Of

I have been working on my orchard and many of the trees have a green fungus growing on their branches and trunks, additionally I had been drinking water from a purifier but didnt realize the purifier had large ammounts of mold inside. I had been having cloggy nose issues, specially at night, but that's not so unusual for me. Right now my nose is fine but my tonsils are swollen. I wonder if it could be related to the mold on the water or on the trees
