I have been working out and have lost some weight and doing a lot of strength training. I noticed a horizontal indentation on the front of each of my thighs, about 6 inches down from my hip bone. It's noticeable only when standing. Any idea what causes it? Are there thigh muscles I may either be overworking or not working enough that might be the cause or solution?
