I Have Been Working With Desert Ironwood Over The Last

I have been working with desert ironwood over the last couple of days and have noticed quite an irritation. I thought it was a bad cold but looking into wood dust irritation, this one is near the top of the list. My symptoms are classic cold oriented - cough, expectorant, runny nose. I have been using an over the counter Aleve cold and sinus. Should I do more?
