I Have Began To Uncontrollable Gas In My Chest Cavity

I have began to uncontrollable gas in my chest cavity after eating every meal and in the middle of the night most every night for the past 6 months or so. I take 30mg lansoprazole every morning for reflux, I was diagnosed with achalasia 27 years ago and have to have esophagus stretched every so many years.
