I Have Begun Having Peculiar Tremors In My Groin Area

I have begun having peculiar tremors in my groin area (labia Major) It feels like a cell phone vibrating. I'm wondering what could possibly be causing symptoms like this. I've been taking some new multivitamins and I apparently have spinal stenosis in my lower back and almost permanent tingling in my right arm and hand due to stenosis in my neck - but why my groin?? thanks for help L Jackson
