I Have Being Diagnosed With Candida, And I Have Bubbles

I have being diagnosed with candida, and I have bubbles in my urina and I am afraid I may have kidney problems I have two doc. to do a urinalysis they both say I did not have high protein in my urina, but what can it be I am very afraid and concern about my kidneys. I don't eat sugar, bread, bad carbohydrates, meat other than fish, I don drank soda, wine, beer, any sugar cranks, sometimes when I pee I fell a pulling felling on my left side afterwards.
