I Have Being Having Lower Severe Abodimal Pain In The

I have being having lower severe abodimal pain in the morning, I have a hard time getting out off my bed. I had tests done for my gallbladder and kidneys but everythng came out negitive. My primary doctor don't what easy to do. I am worried don't what else to do.
