I Have Ben Bound Up For Days And Only Been

I have ben bound up for days and only been able to pass some stools after using first Senna tablets and then coloxyl. My last trip to the loo saw me pass some small stools and what I thought was dia but when I looked I saw some blood in the what I thought was some liquid. When I wiped my bottom there was blood on the paper and when I looked in the bowl there was some stool and blood in the bottom. My stomach still feels bound up and there is some lower back pain. Can you assist me?
