I Have Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy, Which Usually Causes No Problems.

I have benign prostatic hypertrophy, which usually causes no problems. I awaken once per night to void. I also have open angle glaucoma (treated with Xalacom and brimonidine).
Have a disabling dry cough, probably from a cold (strep screen negative this morning).
Can I safely take Hycodan Syrup (in small doses) just to get some sleep?
